RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY

At The Ranch Haus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to rectify that. Our Merchandise is a print on demand meaning that we do not carry these clothes in a warehouse. These means that exchanging a shirt for a different size will take just as long as your original order. You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product. However if you need help creating a label to ship a product back to us please call and we will be more than happy to help. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The return address is set by default to the printing facility. When they receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to The Ranch Haus at which point we will contact you the customer. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. 

Wrong Address - If a customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
